TIARC provides services primarily to refugees, to enable them to function productively in today’s society. These services are provided through classes and interaction with staff and community.

TIARC serves refugees and immigrants from all over the world: countries of Africa, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, countries of the former Soviet Union, former Yugoslavia, and Vietnam, to name a few. Services are not restricted to refugees and immigrants. Many low-income persons and families in the local neighborhood take advantage of the services we offer. Participants range in age from 5 to 65+.
