  • TIARC - "Small Grassroots Organization Connecting with the One-Stop System" Through this program TIARC coordinates services in partnership with the Pima County One-Stop Delivery System to make employment services more easly accessible to low-income and limited-English speaking refugees who have ben resettled in Tucson and Pima County. TIARC provides services specifically designed to support the Pima County One-Stop and expand access of the refugee and immigrant community to the One-Stop. Services include: intensive case management closely coordinated with the One-Stop, orientation to the One-Stop system, interpretation and translation services for One-Stop affiliates into languages spoken in the refugee community, and post-job placement services.
  • Program Development – Elder Services
    Assisting elder-refugees who are 60 years old or older to achieve an acceptable measure of social integration into the general community and increase ability to utilize mainstream public and private resources. The services provided are related to the United States citizenship acquisition to ensure preservation of benefits by elder refugees. Services include assistance with preparing and submitting citizenship applications, applications for medical waivers, assistance with USCIS interviews, crises intervention case management and social activities.

  • Learning Center for Women and Children
    TIARC provides services to refugee and immigrant women and children and low-income families in mid-town area. TIARC assists them to achieve greater economic self-sufficiency and move from welfare and across barriers of low-income populations, and achieve an acceptable measure of social integration into American society. Through this program we offer computer training, language training, leadership training and driver training.
