2012 Children's Holiday Party
Thanks to Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, TOYS FOR TOTS, Ishkashitaa, Volunteers, Tucson Community.
We served 98 families, 241 children, from Iraq, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Burma, Syria,Tanzania, Sudan,DR Congo, Rwanda, Nepal, Niger, Lebanon, Eritrea, Ethiopia,USA, Burundi, Mexico.

_In the year 2011...
Santa came to TIARC on December 17th 2011 and made more than 60 families and over 200 children (from Bhutan, Afghanistan, USA, Russia, Iraq, Eritrea, Turkey, Burundi, Liberia, Sudan, South Sudan, Burma, Somalia, DR Congo, and Ethiopia) smile!
Thank you Mr. Santa Claus and thank you Miss. Claus for being here!

A huge THANK YOU to Tucson Police Department, Tucson Fire Department ,Toys for Tots, Marines, Community Food Bank, Congo Kinshasa MAA, Diaper Bank, Make Space for Books, Arizona Women's Partnership, Ishkashitaa, Tucson Refugee Ministries, Pat who did spend all day long at the event together with Martha and her husband, TIARC Board of Directors, and to number of friends and volunteers … Santa, thank you also! US citizens, and refugees and immigrants from 13 different countries (Former YU, DR Congo, Afghanistan, Iraq, Mesketian Turks from Uzbekistan, Burma, Liberia, Somalia, Ethiopia, Sudan, Burundi, Sri Lanka, and Germany) were involved in preparing and executing the event.
